Health Camps

Nanhe Kadam realises that sound health along with health education is vital for a child's complete development and learning. In sync with this thought, we organize health camps in villages to conduct activities such as health check-ups, polio immunizations, providing free medicines, and imparting health and hygiene education. We also identify and help children in need for surgery or medical assistance.

Education Programmes

Our team of dedicated volunteers visit schools on an ongoing basis to share their knowledge with children through specially designed courses that supplement theoretical knowledge with technological and vocational awareness such as computer education programmes, mentorship programmes, 'science club' etc. An example is "Baatein Computer kin", a computer course for students as well as teachers to help them keep pace with the progressing world. We also partner with schools in villages to provide support in form of uniforms, clothes, notebooks, school bags, etc.

Child Sponsorship Programme

Through this programme, we aspire to channelize the funds from patrons and donors worldwide and provide support to deserving children in shaping up a better future. We are transparent in our working and committed to providing feedback to our donors with regards to the impact of their contribution.

Talent Building Activities and Performance Appreciation Events

We believe in recognizing and encouraging talent and organize a number of activities to promote the overall growth and development of a child. We hold painting, singing, dance, theatre events or environmental awareness drives to help build the confidence of children, simultaneously offering them much deserved recreation. Nanhe Kadam also tries to encourage meritorious students and boost their morale through periodic recognition activities.
